Privacy
Children’s data is not the product.
This is a plain-language summary of how Eolari handles data during the pilot. It is not a substitute for the formal privacy notice that a specialist review will produce before any wider launch, and we would rather say that than pretend otherwise.
If you join the founding list
We store your name, email address, the audience type you chose, and your message if you wrote one. We use it to contact you about the pilot. We do not sell, share or transfer it. Ask us and we will delete it.
If your child is a Maker
We store a pseudonym, a sign-in handle, a birth year and month, everything they create, and the conversations that produced it. We store a record of when AI was involved and what it did.
We do not store: legal names, full dates of birth, addresses, locations, phone numbers, school names, device identifiers, or advertising identifiers.
When a Maker types something that looks like identifying or contact information, the safety layer refuses it rather than storing it.
No third-party analytics
There is no analytics package on this site or in the product. No Google Analytics, no pixels, no session recording, no heat maps, no cross-site tracking.
We record a small, fixed set of first-party events, and they are all about whether young people are actually making things:

Note what is absent: time on site, scroll depth, session length, engagement minutes. Those are the metrics of a product that wants attention. Eolari is not allowed to optimise for attention, and the easiest way to keep that promise is not to measure it.
Cookies
One cookie, set only after you sign in, holding a random session identifier. It is HTTP-only, same-site, and expires. There are no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, which is why this site has no cookie banner.
AI providers
Conversations are sent to a model provider to generate a response. Eolari is built to be provider-neutral and the provider in use is recorded against every interaction. We do not permit training on pilot data, and provider terms are part of what any partnership has to settle before a child ever uses it.
Your rights
A guardian can export or delete everything associated with their Maker from the guardian portal, and can withdraw consent at any time. Deletion removes the child’s content; anonymised safety records are retained only where a safeguarding obligation requires it.
